A roofing report from Covenant Roofing will make the transition from Seller to Buyer a much easier task. Our roofing report will verify the condition of your roof. In the event a problem is found, we will include estimated costs for repairs.

Second Opinions are a good form of protection.

As a seller, if your roofing inspector passes something that you suspect is a problem, or as a buyer you feel there is something missing from the roof report given to you, all you have to do is request a Second Opinion.

Covenant Roofing will be glad to provide a second opinion via our standard inspection and verbally verify and compare our findings on the spot for only our standard fee.
